What are the building access hours?
Workbench members: 8.30am – 7pm, Monday to Friday.
Workstation & Office members: 24/7 access.
Ground-floor shutters close at 7pm Monday to Thursday, and at 7pm Friday for the weekend.

Managing your account & password
Account management, including password resets, is done in Spacebring (app or desktop).
Meeting rooms
How do I book a meeting room?
Book via Spacebring, or see live times on the meeting room page. WiFi details are displayed in the room (see WiFi & access above).
What's provided in the room?
Refreshments are provided - tea, coffee, water and milk (oat milk available on request).
Anything to do after my meeting?
Please leave the room clean and reset to how you found it. Something not working? Log a ticket on Spacebring or contact us using the details below.
Kitchens & refreshments
Where are the kitchens?
On the ground floor (Workbenches and Workstations) and on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors.
What's provided?
Tea, coffee and sugar are free for Workbench and Workstation members. Office members provide their own tea, coffee and milk. Coffee pod machines are available on the 3rd floor and in Workbenches (members bring their own pods).
Can I use the fridge?
Yes - please check and clear out any of your food regularly. Fridges are cleaned weekly.
What's the Soda Fountain?
A £5 a month kitty that keeps the Workbenches fridge stocked with cold drinks.

Printing
Can I print?
Printing is available to Workbench and Workstation members via WiFi (a fair use policy applies). Office members have their own printers.
Out of paper or ink, or something's not printing?
Log a ticket on Spacebring and we'll sort it.

Lost or faulty fob
I've lost my fob / it's not working
Let us know straight away so we can deactivate it and issue a replacement (replacement fobs are £10). Contact us on 07398 623450 or haydn@theworkshopfolkestone.co.uk.
Parking
Where can I park?
We have an agreement with Harbour Arm car park - £5 per day, Monday 7am to Friday 11pm (ANPR system). Ask us for a registration form, or find one in the Spacebring How To Guides.
